By accessing byelevae.com or engaging with our concierge team, you agree to the following principles that define our service.
Each element of this policy reflects our values of discretion, authenticity, and exceptional care — the cornerstones of the by Elevae experience.
1. The Essence of Our Service
by Elevae is not a conventional retail platform.
We operate as a boutique concierge and sourcing atelier, curating exceptional handbags, fine jewellery, and collectible pieces from the world’s most prestigious maisons.
Each item is sourced individually, with absolute discretion, precision, and respect for the artistry of true luxury.
2. Provenance & Authenticity
by Elevae is a licensed luxury concierge company operating under the Dubai Department of Economic Development (Trade License No.1567610).
Authenticity is the foundation of our identity and the essence of trust.
Every item sourced through by Elevae is purchased directly from the official brand boutique or its authorised retail partner — never through intermediaries or unauthorised marketplaces.
Each piece is delivered with its complete in-store presentation — original packaging, dust bag, receipt, and brand inclusions — exactly as it would be received from the boutique itself.
We provide a lifetime authenticity guarantee, a reflection of our unwavering confidence in our sourcing process.
Our shoppers purchase exclusively from brand stores, ensuring every acquisition is genuine, verifiable, and traceable to its origin.
3. The Art of Sourcing & Delivery
Sourcing begins once full payment has been received and typically requires 7–15 business days, extending up to 21 business days for rare or bespoke requests.
Our global network of personal shoppers across Paris, Milan, London, and Dubai ensures efficiency and precision in every order.
Within the UAE: select in-stock pieces may qualify for same-day delivery; other items are delivered within 3–10 business days once they reach our Dubai atelier.
Internationally: shipments are entrusted to DHL Express, typically arriving within 7–15 business days, subject to customs procedures.
Every parcel is discreetly packaged, fully insured, and traceable from our hands to yours.
4. Valuation & Payment
All valuations are presented in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless otherwise stated.
Prices reflect live market conditions and may evolve without prior notice.
Full payment is required to initiate sourcing.
Flexible payment options may be available through approved partners.
Certain rare, limited-edition, or made-to-order pieces are final and non-returnable.
5. Refunds, Returns & Client Alternatives
Each piece is sourced upon individual request; therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable once confirmed.
However, in the rare event that:
an item cannot be sourced within 21 business days, or
an item is proven inauthentic, damaged, or not as described,
by Elevae will offer a full refund or suitable replacement at our discretion.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method within standard banking timeframes.
Should a client wish to withdraw after confirmation, we may — upon approval — offer to consign the item through our private resale network (10 % commission applies).
If full payment is not completed within 14 days of the item’s arrival, the deposit may be forfeited.
6. Client Integrity & Conduct
We ask all clients to provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery details, and to engage with our team respectfully and transparently.
Our services are designed exclusively for private, lawful use.
7. Responsibility & Limitations
While we strive for perfection in every aspect, by Elevae cannot be held liable for delays, courier disruptions, or third-party circumstances beyond our control.
Our obligation concludes once the item has been successfully delivered and acknowledged by the client.
8. Creative Property
All imagery, design, and written content on byelevae.com are the exclusive property of by Elevae.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.
9. Jurisdiction & Resolution
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with all matters subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
